At the beginning of 2005 Milan Šára issued his first own author's stamp. The stamp was printed in the Postal Printing House in Prague by the recess printing technique. This stamp is the very first private stamp ever issued in the Czech Republic. As background was used a photograph of his wife Ivana, from his book AKTY (NUDES), The engraving was created by the renowned engraver, Jaroslav Tvrdon, a pupil of Professor Hirsche. The stamp serves first of all as a safety feature on each of the author's, Milan Sara's works. It is attached to the certificate confirming the authenticity of his works - of each of the author's enlargements (maximal number of enlargements 5).
